Shradha Bapat is the driving force behind Samāh, dedicated to making holistic healing accessible and transformative. With a Master’s in Psychology and a Postgraduate degree in Guidance & Counselling, she brings a deep understanding of human behavior and emotional well-being. As an independent counsellor, psychologist, and certified life coach, Shradha has helped countless individuals navigate their path to self-discovery and growth. Her expertise lies in integrating psychology with mindfulness-based therapies, ensuring a compassionate and evidence-based approach to healing. With over eight years of experience as a school teacher, she has a strong foundation in guiding individuals through personal and emotional challenges. Beyond counseling, she is also a fitness coach and actively contributes to social work with HelpAge India, reinforcing her commitment to holistic well-being. Shraddha believes in creating safe spaces where individuals can heal from past traumas, overcome obstacles, and embrace their fullest potential.
